You got to get here as soon as they open if you don’t want to wait in line!

You can’t head to the north shore without going to Giovanni’s Shrimp truck in the small town of Haleiwa! 
It’s an iconic food destination and truck is covered all over of people that have visited this joint over the years.
Giovannis has a menu centered around Garlic infused shrimp served with a scoop of rice, this food truck offers a taste experience that’s simple yet utterly irresistible.
The top dish and one we always get is the “Shrimp Scampi” where plump shrimp are sautéed in a heavenly garlic butter sauce! YUM
Waiting in line at Giovanni’s is part of the experience.
